Azar NEMANLI (born August 20, 1999) is a Azerbaijan-born entrepreneur, designer and developer. He is the Founder, CEO, and lead designer of Vooby. Co-Founder of MyTask, Inc. Founder and Owner of NEMANLI.

Early childhood

Azar was born on August 20, 1999, in Mingachaur, Azerbaijan. During Azar's childhood, he was an avid reader. He taught himself computer programming at the age of 12.


At Mingachevir city, Nature-Mathematical and Humanitarian Sciences School, Azar excelled in classes. He transferred to the school №12. At the age of 18, Azar was accepted into Western Caspian University in Baku, Azerbaijan, for undergraduate study.


How is it like to be Azar NEMANLI? Most of the time it’s nice, but there are moments when I would like to be anonymous and be able to roam the streets unnoticed. Entrepreneur is always going to be very special for me, but I understand that life is not just about entrepreneur.
